Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 72 hours and ONLY applies to dry products, not Gels. If 72 hours have passed since you receive the dried product, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as any of our Sea Moss Gels cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Sale Items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send any partially used Sea Moss Gel to us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, however, this is at our own discretion:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 72 hours after delivery.

 

Refunds

To start a return, please make sure to contact us first at support@naturemyhealth.com. This will make us aware of your pending shipment and allow us to match your shipment with your order more effectively, thereby, creating a smoother customer experience.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. That is because this step is controlled solely by your financial institution.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@naturemyhealth.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

For the best experience, we only provide a refund for returned items and restrict doing exchanges. Once you’ve receive a full refund, you can place an order for the same item.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, we will provide you with a physical address where you can ship your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, like our bundles, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
